I think the amount of Volts given is perfectly fine, honestly. It helps, given Voltra has no way to earn currency outside of posting.
Lurking, while troublesome, is quite prevalent in the community. Lurkers still donate, lurkers still contribute to the site. They should have a way to earn currency as well.
When you only have an hour or so a day to post, you have to practically spam if you want to make any sort of currency. That's not really cool. :b
