@okios: oh BTW I've added the ohms, just waiting on your side to confirm. And I've been recommending Guards Guards! as the first book to read. There's 41 books and most are stand alone but it does help to read them in a bit of order.

@Damia Flagg: lol lol I wouldn't actually recommend starting at The Colour of Magic. I know it's Book#1 but the author is just getting started and unless you like chaotic plotless humor then I'd normally recommend one of the other books. Usually Guards Guards! which is the first book featuring Captain Vimes who is arguably one of the most popular characters.

@Damia Flagg: Ooooh I luv the audiobook for Jingo! I have it in my car and have probably listened to that one at least 5 times straight thru. Although I get depressed sometimes because Terry Pratchett's political insight is very... insightful for these modern times.

@RainbowPanda: there's something like 41 books and FYI while it does help to read them in some sort of order it's not a necessity. Wee Free Men is the 1st book of the Tiffany Aching series for example even tho it's the 30th book in the series. You could start from there technically and jump ahead.
