hahaha it's funny you say that because there were only 2 Americans xD the others were Canadian and British and Korean haha

uhhh it'll depend on your location but my current one is pretty small, just like a studio with a bed/bathroom. I don't even have a closet in this one. kitchens here are not really a big deal. so no big ovens or anything. my current one is tiny

also I need to answer some English questions for this interview ugh should concentrate on that haha

every time I'm feeding my pets, I'm thinking to myself why is no one feeding me |D

ah yeah I can't imagine it since I've never been in dangerous situations. but better to be safe!
haha yes exactly why it doesn't interest me |D

mhmm it sucks to have to be independent as an adult

aww yeah I haven't had many racist encounters in the US because I haven't gone anywhere dodgy I suppose. haha
I should try to at least visit the main coastal states. the middle of the US doesn't interest me toooo much

I have no idea xD I don't have the Costco membership so I've only had Costco Doritos when my coworkers bought some and brought them to our thanksgiving potluck

yeah! the expensive things are like going out often because the cocktails can be pricey. or if you go to concerts/music shows a lot. or if you just buy a lot of stuff for your house
otherwise you're probably fine. average restaurants aren't too expensive at all

@Krampus: oh I meant on the eerie account haha. eyry has enough! been posting a lot on this one :d

hahah they're not like super sweet. but it's a little different xD
you can get American ones though if you go to Costco's or probably other places. it'll say "export" on the bag haha

oh that's not far away
and I've been able to save a lot of money here, but I'm not very spendy. I know some people who just spend all of it and have saved nothing

@ChiffonTaffy: aww that's too bad. maybe you'll have time to play it more soon
and no worries. I was just curious how you stumbled upon it since I hadn't heard of it before. xD but that's no surprise since I don't play rhythm games

haha yes but it's weird that none of them are every purely salty/savory
it's so rare
omg and the Doritos don't taste right here xD

ah yeah that's just specifically for Korea though. I know when I was in Thailand it was still possible to go there without a degree. getting some kind of TEFL/TESOL certification would help too. but if you were close to finishing and can go back to finish, that'd be great

oh good good. she's already got the taste for it. yeah it's hard to be alone. it can feel more secure to be in a relationship. it's her life to lead. but you can keep pushing her to go xD

that's cool. I've never been. I should try to visit more of the US sometime |D I have a friend who lives in Portland haha so that's close-ish

hahaha yes I felt nothing for him

yeah it's like the sweet garlic bread and sweet chips are something you just have to accept xD
oh I just applied online to recruiting agencies and stuff. there are a ton of them out there that help you to go abroad! they require that you have a bachelor's degree in anything and then you're pretty much good to go. you'll have to get a bunch of annoying documents together for the visa to work here though. iirc getting a copy of your bachelor's degree notarized is part of the visa process which is why you'd need one.
I applied through Adventure Teaching to come to Korea the first time. when I went to Thailand I applied through XploreAsia and also took their in-person TESOL certification course (which was expensive! haha). they didn't do korea at the time, but they do now. I see their updates on fb haha
