@Queen Prisma: It is generally an appetizer made from pickled green papaya. Julienned or grated green papaya are placed in airtight containers and soaked for a week in cooked vinegar and sugar mixture with onions, garlic, ginger, peppercorn, and red bell pepper.

It is best partnered with fried/grilled fish or pork. Yum!

Are five words enough to tell me about yourself? Absolutely not. However, I enjoy seeing people describe things within constraints.

It's not exactly five words, though. The challenge is to tell me as much as you can about yourself using between three and ten words, ideally in a proper sentence.
