A few years ago I was super uptight about my schedule every day, like I have more than 10 alarms for days when I had nothing going on like school or anything like that to tell me it's time to work, eat, take a break, and sleep
When I got the alarm that it was time to sleep I shut everything off immediately and went straight to bed, it was really consistent and worked really well for me I don't remember what happened to that :\
