Have you ever seen corpse party? Maybe you can add elements of that into your story ( except for the fan service.) also with any good writing start writing in the middle of your tale. Try starting with something happening in the middle of your story and go from there. Be descriptive! Be bleak! But try to avoid using “ly” words.
