@Unicorn: I'm glad to hear people are being safe, but I never even thought about how the bad weather would suck for businesses too. I hope it all clears up before expected.

@RainbowPanda: You could save and upload the image of your current avi somewhere like imgur and send it to them. Then you can change but they can still have a picture to go by.
