I've tried drowning my throat in tea with honey and lemon and doing salt gargles
but I have a feeling it might be in my lungs so...to the doctor I must go

my throats been bothering me so I feel you on the muscle thing (probably got it from my mom)
if I cough so much to try and get whatever's itching my throat my muscles hurt so bad
