@xvz: I actually only did that course which had theory classes in it too. Theory classes were shorter and easier for me.

@xvz: It was a TAFE course in cooking. The stressful parts were the getting there on time, changing clothes, cooking a lot, using the dishwasher and that the days were long and very hot made me very anxious and stressed out, ;_; Also I completely failed it. DX

@xvz: Yeah, the dates did need to be mashed. I failed making sticky date pudding at my cooking course two years ago (They overflowed. Also the most stressful year of my life.) so I wanted to make them again. >.<

@xvz: I bought cookies and cream cupcake mix and chocolate cupcake mix instead of starting from scratch. xD I did make sticky date pudding cupcakes from scratch once though. :) They were really yummy, especially with the sauce I also made.

The cloud eggs looked cool and fluffy but it was too bland and had a weird airy texture. ;_;

@xvz: I baked a lot of cookies, cupcakes and one time I made cloud eggs. It was not good. >.<

Yeah, my family ate some of the cookies and cupcakes. :)

@xvz: I used to bake a lot last year when I was feeling anxious. My mum thought I had a serious problem. >.<

The chocolate bits in a brownie are the best parts. I used to love Death Note a lot. :)
