@Totalanimefan: It’s just an information session about the course, there’s no baking.

According to the course site, I will be baking sponge cakes, biscuits, cookies, sweet yeast products and basic bread products.

The information session for my baking course is tomorrow. I’m kind of nervous but excited too. :)
