I might spend around ten to twenty minutes on a post depending on how well things are going. Starters can take much longer since I’m starting fresh and I’m not responding to something already written. Writing prose outside of role play can take a century and I probably spend an hour per three to five paragraphs. I think it’s the act of responding to someone else’s creativity that makes it so much faster, instead of slogging through it by my lonesome.

I dunno man. I get bored and lonely and rambling and just need somewhere to talk, so I guess we'll start this thread. Feel free to chat in and check things out. I'm not really sure how to re-integrate with the internet and make friends here again, so that's a little rough.

I'm watching One Strange Rock on Netflix; it's a really cool documentary, with such lovely visuals. It's directed by the guy who did MOther and Black Swan, and it's such a cool twist on the usual.

My fiancee and I are looking into making our house more minimal so that there are fewer distractions. She saw this idea somewhere (probably Pinterest) where people wrapped their books in paper, so that they all look the same. We rarely take a book off the shelf unless we intend to read it for awhile, so we don't really need to know the titles all the time. I have half of an idea that we'll do this, and still order them via category and then by author so that we kind of know where we are on the bookshelf.

We're both estranged from our mothers so we're not really interacting with any people today, but we are fur parents and my fiancee's taking it easy and just chillin in bed all day. We had a big day yesterday and she's pooped. I'm heating up some cinnamon twists to bring her for brunch :D
