Now it was Arlie's turn to blush with embarrassment. She shyly played with a stray strand of her hair, her cheeks red as roses.
"Oh I didn't know you saw that..." Arlie wasn't sure why she was feeling all nervous, but as the bell rang, she knew that it wasn't time to be bashful; it was time to put the plan into action. "I'll do my best to see what I can come up with, sis!" She winked and saluted her sister as they both skipped off to their next class.

Arlie tried to pay attention in tactics class. In actuality, she did listen to the teacher but she was most definitely wondering how to use them on a person instead of on a Pokemon in a battle. The bad thoughts in her head didn't show on her face though, and she managed to survive without the teacher noticing that half her brain wasn't actually in the building. Before long, the bell rang again to signal the end of this period and the start of lunch. Arlie hurriedly tried to pack up again before she got interrupted by the same guy that hit on her sister before.
"Hey there," he greeted with a lopsided smile, "you're.. Arlie right? The sister of the other one." He continued to talk without waiting for Arlie to respond. "I know you guys are new so you don't have a place to sit at lunch right? How about you join us, just for today?"
He sounded hopeful. Arlie could tell that very easily, and was almost quick enough to give him a sharp rejection. However, she remembered the brief discussion she had with her sister in the hallway. Quickly, Arlie changed her mind and gave the boy a dazzling smile.
"Sure! Thanks so much! You're soo nice~" she gushed, hoping she didn't sound like she had an ulterior motive. "Let's go wait for my sister at the entrance of the cafeteria!"
Arlie boldly took this guy's hand, leading him to the door of the lunch room to await her sister. She hoped that this was their first step to learning more about the red head girl.

Even though it seemed that Karlia had moved on from the whole incident, Arlie could still feel the nervousness in her sister's heart. In fact, Karlia was just the type of person to just throw herself into busywork whenever she was worried about something, and Arlie was sure that this was one of those cases. However, as she continued to watch her sister, Arlie tried to put up a bright smile of her own. There was still the rest of the day ahead of them, and they could work out a plan to protect themselves from the red-headed girl. The cogs in Arlie's mind were already turning as she approached the locker next to Karlia's.
"Thanks sis for doing all of that for us!" Arlie chirruped gratefully, "you're always so reliable!" She hummed to herself as she stacked her books into her space, a plan finalizing in her head just as she finished organizing.
"Hey sis, I think we really need to do something about the red-headed girl." She lowered her voice, as she was unsure who around them was on that girl's side, "but we don't have any proof on what she did or any information on who she is. I think we should find a way to show what she's doing to a teacher.."

Since Arlie and Karlia were twins, there was no doubt that they were connected in many ways. Arlie could feel how upset her sister was at the note, even as she hurried out of the classroom. Arlie shoved all of her books into her bag and tried to follow her out. However, things didn't go her way and she became instantly surrounded by eager boys and girls who were curious about her and where she came from.
"Hey, you're Arlie right? Or Karlia? Which one again?"
"Your hair is pretty nice for a countryside girl! How do you do it?"
"Arlie, you're kind of cute; wanna come to a birthday party this weekend?"
She was grateful for the positive attention she was getting, especially compared to the negative attention Karlia had. Despite that though, Arlie could not feel happy, especially when she knew that her sister must be hurting right now.
"Ah, thank you everyone!" she tried to smile brightly as she quickly tried to answer everyone's questions and get them out of the way, "I'm Arlie, I don't do anything special with my hair and I'll pass on the birthday party this weekend because that's when all of our furniture is coming in!" She tried to wave them off just as she heard a loud slam coming from outside, followed by a girly shriek. Arlie had a bad feeling about this.
Just as she was able to leave the group, another girl frantically came in, as if she was looking for someone. She spotted Arlie trying to get away from the group of curious classmates.
"Um.. you're the other new student right..?" she started shyly. Her eyes seemed nervous as she continued, "you have to come out here! Your sister..!"
Arlie grimaced as she nodded; she already knew that Karlia was probably out there right now, with the red-head they met this morning. What a way to start the day...
She shoved her way out the door, only to find out that she was too late and that her dear sister was already shakily walking off to her next destination. Pushing her bangs out of her eyes, Arlie quickly ran after her. She was athletic and easily caught up after a few strides. Not sure what to do, Arlie simply took Karlia's books from her and helped her carry it.
"Sorry, I was caught up in another sticky web on the inside," Arlie apologized sheepishly, "did that mean girl hurt you?"
