I think because he's new and the character design gives off a hip vibe that a lot of people on The Internet(tm) would like. Cant see the draw to his house interior though.
Bluebear is my favourite villager! Somehow they were my starters for both Wild World and New Leaf (or they moved in very close to starting a town, memory is fuzzy). So they have a very special place in my heart. I really hope I can get them in New Horizons soon.

@Glume: They're beautiful, give yourself some more credit! I don't really know how to describe it but the pixels just like.. flow together so well. Like it doesn't look like pixel art but it is and I LOVE. Thank you for putting your skills into this!
Also whats the general etiquette when responding to people on here. You can see that I quoted someone above you, but to respond to you I mentioned you.
Do quotes ping people as well, or does it just kind of make it more organised when there's a lengthy thread with multiple people posting?

Thought I should introduce myself as a fellow refugee of another avatar website that has had a major decrease in members. Hallo, I am Kreatura and I like the internets.
So far, I am so stinking impressed with the avatars on this website! The items are so damn cute and so well done. Whoever the artists are should be so proud.
