@Bioshock: It's much more prevalent in small businesses. Which I've noticed have a lot less oversight and are much more likely to bend/break the rules. The owner at this current job asked if was single/had children/ called out sick a lot. Super illegal but not much I can do about it :/

It was as I feared. I've only been hired for the photography position. So no full time. The owner said he would transfer me to clerical position if one opened up but I'm not optimistic. (Also, I think the flashing lights from the photography is giving me migraines.)

In better news, I had a promising interview today and I have another this friday. SO. Just gotta keep trying :))))))

Yeah, not thrilled about it. I haven't been able to catch the owner or "HR" person so idk. I was supposed to be a full time position but they are training me for part-time

Yeah, I technically have a new job. But the position they're training me for is not the one I applied to and was offered
