@kozi: Ah yes! I am familiar with My Fitness Pal. I tried that one before Lose It, but it is a pain in the rear to use. I'm the exact opposite of you. I'm a fattie (and super short) so I really need to shed the pounds and fat. Eating healthier is never a bad thing though.

It can get rather tedious having to constantly enter everything but the app I use is pretty good. It saves all of the information and stores it in your account. So if you have the same meal twice, you just have to select it from your meals and you don't have to worry about re-entering everything.

Thanks so much. It definitely isn't an easy task but the end result will definitely be worth it I feel. From what I've heard though, losing weight is actually more about changing your eating habits than exercise . Don't get me wrong, exercise definitely helps (which is why I plan on adding more to my daily routine) but if you could theoretically only do one, it's better to change eating habits and making sure you don't eat more calories than you burn. At least that's what I've heard.

Sadly, the weight always goes on easier than it comes off. Then again, I'm the kind of person who just has to LOOK at a piece cake to gain weight. I'm sure you'll be able to get back in the swing of things and lose more weight though.

Yeah, I've been on a weight loss journey since February. Lost 27 pounds already and trying to lose another 38 to get to my goal weight. I'm eating no more than 1300 calories a day since I'm not extremely active.

It is. Especially since I'm a writer and it helps to inspire ideas. Whether from the art itself or because of having to use various avatar/doll makers on different sites to make proper references.
