I haven't found much that helps besides avoiding the sitution yet. At least when I'm out. If I'm at home, computer and reading helps. I am on meds for it, but I don't think they're strong enough. :(

I was tossed up about which one to use. xD I just decided to go with the yellow and black one though....because it's Voltra's logo colors.

Thanks...my anxiety is pretty much crippling to be honest. Like there are only a few places I don't feel anxious. I ALMOST lost one of them last night. I didn't though. Thankfully.
