Boop! I'm sorry for disappearing for a few days guys. But I'm back now. At least for a little bit.
Later I'll be looking up cruise stuff with my mom.

@Tuijp: EEP! I was hoping so. Haha. Can you give him a belly rub for me?
Since I can't physically be there to do it.

I'd take a picture of one of my babies, but he has his face buried in my arm right now and I can't even move to grab my phone. xD

@kiri: I wish I could quit therapy honestly. But then my insurance will no longer pay for my medication. I could probably go without the anxiety meds since they don't help anyway but I do need my depression meds. And honestly, I don't even know if I'd still have my insurance if I no longer went to therapy. So I'm kind of stuck. I defintely don't find it helpful or even beneficial though.
Like honestly, I get more help through my essential oils and crystals than I do talk therapy.

@Kiri: I'm so sorry for the massive delay, I decided to take a Sims break the last few hours and had to eat dinner and what not in between. :P
Thanks for the words of encouragement and for sharing your experience. I really do appreciate it. And I know everyone says "it gets better" and "you can do it" but at this point, I myself just can't believe it. No matter how hard I try.
If I'm being honest though, my anxiety reaches REALLY far. I mean, I have BOTH social anxiety and generalized anxiety disorder, and depression. I not only fear work and having to go to interviews, but I fear driving as well (and public transport isn't readily available) for MANY different reasons, cooking, crossing the street, and so much more. To put as simply as possible, there's a much longer list of things that cause me anxiety than things that don't. And with driving and cooking, just being near the stove or the mere thought of having to drive is enough to send me into a panic attack. I once tried making a list and I had over 100 different things that gave me anxiety.
I've been going to therapy for the last three years to help out with anxiety and have been on at least three different medications, but I've only had very minimal progress. It doesn't help though that over the past three years, I've seen three different therapists too. (The first one was just plain awful and I couldn't connect with her at all, my second one was absolutely AMAZING but ended up changing offices and locations so I could no longer continue to see her and I have no clue about my current one since I've only seen her twice so far.) And even just going to therapy every other week almost causes me to have a panic attack. (Sometimes it actually does) I also can't do phone calls. Not even to my closest friends or family members. I can just barely squeak out a "hello" before having to pass the phone off to a family member.

@tuijp: I've only ever ridden a horse with someone leading it for me. At a slow pace, so I don't think that counts. xD
And oh cool. That's something we (somewhat) have in common then.

@tuijp: Oh geez. I can't blame you for that one. I'd be afraid of horses too in your place.
Well in my case, I'm vegetarian. So I eat no meat whatsoever. And fish is meat. (To me anyway)
@teatales: Oh, cool. Thanks for letting me know. And understanding, or at least sympathizing. I may have to check out Raquel at least. Someday.

@teatales: Yep. Unfortunately. :P
Lol. Sorry, I just...I am not a fan of the USA. Like at all. Especially after visiting Canada (our closest neighbor) 2 years in a row. Like it's so much better....what even? And I've always wanted to visit the UK.
But thanks for letting me know. I may look into it someday. But my anxiety is also a big player in like...everything.
@tuijp: Oh, that's good that you can. I just get scared by a lot easily. And dogs is one of them. If they're super jumpy like I said. If they're more like cats and are lap-dog/calm ones I'm cool with them. Lol.
As for meals...I'll take the rice and veggies. No fish though please!
