@Kent: each person gets to roll once for every NPC during the discussion/rolling time. Then, after that closes, we all collectively vote on which one move we want each NPC to do (or at least that's what I'm pretty sure is what happens based on the front page and what we figured out so far in our confusion lol)

I feel like the games being fast paced, as far as the earlier puzzle games, had more to do with how quickly people were solving things and less to do with any kind of timing issue?
