@vampiretaco: I hope everything is getting better for you! For all of us. I might have to be put on oxgygen at night... ever since I had Pnenounia my o2 levels have been crap and I just underwent a sleep study last night and my levels were all over the place. So hopefully it is just at night and not during the day too cuz that would suck.

I'm kinda meeting my goals, yet not. I'm taking baby steps to making it to my walking group... so I've just been walking the hallways at my apt complex. It's been to slippery and cold outside to do much of anything... least that what my anxiety is telling me, and everytime I look outside the parking lot looks icey. Hopefully the weather will warm up next week, and no more snow and ice... but we will see.

I didn't do a lot... but I did do little things. I also went through a lot of PT to keep my legs moving so there is that.

My goals for 2024 is to try to do better with my mental health, walk everyday and join a sit and be fit like type class, and maybe lose a few pounds.

My Christmas was quiet. I stayed home mostly and watched my son have a good Christmas(which is what most of it is about.) He got a brand new pair of converse shoes he was asking for from his Aunt and he loves them(that boy and shoes... he he has like 10 pairs of em including some winter and military style boots), plus he got 125 dollars in amazon gift cards and clothes, lol. Now he's looking at getting a Carbinox watch and some new earbuds.

I'm a few days late, but Happy Belated Birthday! I hope it was good!

I'm doing ok as well... just have a headache today and my bones ache. I'm hoping and praying I don't get sick cuz my kid is(He has a cough he just can't shake... and that's all he's got.) My SO and I are gonna be making Beef fried rice for lunch/dinner today so that should be fun.(We make a huge batch and eat that for a few days.)

Wow... when I am trying to stay up I sit at the computer and watch shows/youtube/etc. It dosen't always work cuz I've been known to fall asleep at the computer as well, lol. But never lay down... or I will be asleep.
