we've only been dating for 4, almost 5 years. i call him my husband cuz WOW i'm in love buuuut, i still need to put a ring on it :V

he's learning piano atm! really nice, even just in practice. i've picked up a little as well, so that's a bonus! haha. i gotta get on the level where we can duet songs, though >:)

tried a lot more with paints this year! both acrylic and watercolor. managed to fill up about a half a sketchbook from just the times we would get faded and do art together. most drawing i've done in a LONG time, though. lots of markers, too (posca and copics are CRAZY expensive but whoaaaa, good stuff)

my favorite, though? grabbed UV paints, a blacklight flashlight, and eph and i painted on each other. sounds crazy, but it was pretty magical haha

been more experimental with my art this year. new techniques, styles, mediums, the whole shebang. while idk if i improved much, i feel the relationship i had with art has been improving. it's been a long road but i honestly feel like i can enjoy it without a lot of... disappointment and frustration now, more than ever.
eph's given me a lotta love and support with that. can't thank him enough. it's refreshing to see the both of us reaching towards our passions again (plus, how cute is it that he plays music while i draw? i'm lucky ;))

i really wanna try the exchange again this year! feel like i've been a lot more into art, would be nice to practice and spread a lil holiday joy. work keeps me busyyy, tho haha

i've heard philly was expensive and the roads and public transport aren't great, but great food+bars, cool history, and some awesome people. can't say much tho, i've never been haha

i haven't seen guam since I was a baby, too young to remember. i would love to go out to see it one day, it looks beautiful out there. i hear great stories about it from my family all the time. it's just so expensive to get there :u
