@luffer nutter: The immediate neighbors spoiled him. XD

He was just really struggling with the idea of taking something from someone and then leaving. Like usually when our immediate neighbors give him something, he takes them inside THEIR house, gives them a tour, and gives them hugs and kisses.....So there was just a lot of awkward hand holding with the other neighbors that he doesn't know well after they gave him candy. XDD

It is POURING rain here. We went out for about 15 minutes during a break in the rain, but my 2 y/o was not having it.

Although, now that we're back in the house, he keeps running up to me, yelling "TREAT TREAT!"
