i'm currently running a small event which requires users to make a certain number topics in a limited time frame.
my event ends in about a week (October 13th).

TL:DR; do any of these goals count as spam?

1. make 10 topics in Feedback (by Oct.13)
2. make 25 topics in General Chit-Chat (by Oct. 13)
3. make 15 topics anywhere, except in Testing and Arcades by Oct. 13)

personally i don't think it violates the rules regarding spam:

however, my interpretation could be wrong and I don't want participants to potentially get warned or banned, so I'd like clarification on this.

but tbh i don't want anyone to get banned or warned for "making some noise" (even in the best intentions), so i'll ask the staff to be 100% sure.

if i count my whole collection (which includes stuff i lifted from google search) it goes like: siela > couple art > fred
if i only counted the ones where i personally made a request, it goes like: couple art> siela=fred
