@lady luna: when that happens, i just restart my computer which works 99% of the time. have u tried calling support, or using the warranty (if it's not expired)?

@lady luna: wow i guess i'm really lucky mine still works after 5+ years.
i have a wacom intuos 3 that worked on windows xp, windows 7, windows 8, and windows 10.
sometimes the pressure sensitivity stops working suddenly, but i just save my art file, close the art program, go to Services and restart the Wacom service, then resume arting. this bug doesn't happen often, so it's not thaat annoying to me.
