@artemis: ok but for real tho. Vreg is an NPC on this site. Not much is known about him. heck, I don't even know where he came from, but he appeared during(?) the site's Blackout event (which happened right before this event). He is a rat king, his closest adviser(?)/follower(?) is a rat named Eugene, he likes to collect trash, and his best human bud is Virgil. he is a sweet, innocent, wholesome character that always looks high af. he's prob here as the comedy relief but i luv him to bits. i could go on, but it'll just be 99% my opinion at this point.
