I haven't, but a friend of mine has, at least twice. This last time, she got trampled and is still recovering.

Oh, and Crush Crush and Shop Heroes when I'm on the PC. Some times I'll also play Pac-Man Championship DX+ and/or Civilization IV when I have a chance.
