awww that sounds adorable :(( my younger cat, Kay, loves to do regular cat things like jump on stuff, bug people when they're doing something interesting (like working on the floor), and knock stuff around. My older cat is really, really lazy. But he's always been like that xD

dogs are awesome <3 we live in an apartment so we decided to have cats instead. lazy little butts, they are :v

both are cute but personally i like the first one better :D

I still live with my family, so yeah we do sit-down dinners~ our table is circular too, and we're just four, so it's a nice cozy fit. Usually we talk about stuff on the dinner table -- for my dad's case, it's usually there when he talks about his day to my mom. Sometimes I butt in to clarify something he said, or if the topic gets me and my sister involved, we give our opinions and whatnot. Basically it's an exchange of stories :3 It's just that my dad comes home late so sometimes he's informed last about particular events of a day.

Depending on where you're sitting you can also see the TV, so sometimes if we're watching something (like my mom and dad were fixated on the Federer tennis match the other day), they also watch xD

oh no :(( oh yeah, i take it that you're not going to have a super big celebration or anything? i've never had birthday parties before xD mostly it's just a cake that mom buys and we celebrate at home with good food :3

Okay I'm writing my Theology reflection right now (it's a light reflection haha) so this is going to sound sappy.

Probably one epiphany that I keep with me and remember every now and then is how lucky I am with my family. I kid you not, I thought that everyone had a good family life and that the drama on TV shows was just that, drama. Well, it took me some growing up to find out that's not the case at all. For me that was a pretty big personal epiphany.

I'll probably come back to this thread when I think of another one xD

seeing all these pretty threads makes me want to have an OC request thread of my own OTL

@eliechan: hmm i requested a trade but I'm not sure if something went wrong because I couldn't see the trade itself, but when I try again it already says that I sent a trade request x n x can you check if something went through on your end?

I notice that I get these kind of sleep limbos more often when I'm on break from school. Since it's the semester right now maybe my body's too tired to randomly stay up xD
