New items Yeeessss! Now I've GOT to make a new avatar with those fantastic goggles!

I ended up just taking the day off. My back was killing me just trying to shovel out my driveway. (The snow was almost past my tires!)

@Deaa: I'm sure other people had to call in as well (hopefully.) Especially considering that some of my coworkers live way out in the country...

@Totalanimefan: I WISH it would start to get into the 60's here! At least it's supposed to start warming up next week. Winter just had to have one last hurrah I guess...

I did call in (at least to say that I was still going to try to come in, but would be late)

At least the weather is supposed to start warming up, hopefully enough to melt the snow.

There was a blizzard yesterday and last night where I live.
As I result, I'm basically stuck at home, since the city tends to be sloooowww at plowing the street I live on.
I was supposed to go into work HOURS ago (I clock in at 7am. It's now 9:44) and I still can't leave.
I'm stuck at home until further notice, wondering if I should just call in and see if I can make up hours later...
