@Artemis: Walmart is about 8 min away and target is i'd say half an hour, not too bad but still...walmart is closer.

@Ina: Oh wow yeah I don't like to vent either. I cry at random times to or I want to but hold it in. I always think back to bad times and it just comes flowing out or something triggers me and it's just like "here come the tears". I try to hide them tho, pretend i wasn't crying. Pretend nothing happened.

@Ina: It's fine, I'm good. I don't really like discussing my issues with people tho. I'm the type of person to keep everything bottled up inside because I have no one to talk to that I can trust. I can't even trust me friends.
@Miku: Therapy would be good if it's getting to be that bad.

@Miku: Oh no! That's not good! I honestly wish there was something that I could do to help but I couldn't even help my friend when she was having anxiety attacks.

@Ina: I was around a bunch of people that i've known for years (I'm a christian, this was at church in my youth group) and I had to read the bible in front of everyone. I started sweating and I felt like I was gonna cry and freak out and I was shaking my voice was shaky too omg i'm getting flashbacks and i'm literally shaking and having a hard time breathing rn
