@Eruca: I don't know. I can't remember what I've talked about. It's all been so insignificant. I think I talk about what I want to... but I also freeze up a lot and can't say what I want to. My mind just blanks out.

@Eruca: I think I could work on letting them know what I need from them. But sometimes I don't know what I need, so that's not always helpful... but I do know that I'm going to say that when I'm telling them something, just nodding along isn't doing anything for either of us. They need to take my issues seriously, not just overlook them.

@Eruca: I never even talk about being trans with any of them. It's so far down on my list of issues. But I think that's what they all expect me to talk about. Something easy.

Fuck if I know, I feel like they all suck. I had a good one who helped me with my transition, but then she went on to do a private practice thing.

@Eruca: honestly it just makes me feel worse about myself and less motivated because all I'm doing is worrying. idk.

I still have to wait until next month until I can see a fucking therapist but she'll probably be just as bad as the last one!!!
