Oh I feel you. I have suffered from anxiety and depression most my life, and it is such a hard journey. There are some days I don’t think I will make it. Medicine helps me a bit, but I think I need therapy soon...

@yue: yeah that’s a good consideration. I think as long as it’s big enough to swaddle oneself in, it would be worth it haha. I think that would be an amazing night’s sleep right there. Especially if I was feeling anxious that day.
