my roommate has the sword, i never asked him how he got it, and it is NOT decrative, its just not sharp, the blades dull, so while i could not lop a persons arm off, i could bonk them on th ehead and give them a good concussion if i wanted. <:3( )~~

...ᘛ⁐̤ᕐᐷ yeah but even once a moneth is kinda rude..i'd still talk to your landlord, maybe he can make them keep it to during the day or something, so even if you do have to deal with it at least its when your up an dmost likely outta the house rather then trying to go to bed or something. <:3( )~~
