well i think you can..but im not sure i know i SAW it while doing another quest but i dunno if you can catch it i seen people post it in the trade chat so im assuming you can..its just super hard and super rare..cause you can catch Mew as well. dunno if you can get mew two...

true 'nods' we went and checked on an elderly neighbor to ensure she was in one peice after the power outage last night and i tagged along. she was happy for us doing that it was so sweet.

hmm don't think i've run across it yet.. and im LOVING the Velvets Memories item though the story for it is sad 'sniffles' poor Velvet.
