yeah looked it up and got it book marked in a folder for books i keep in case i run across something i wanna try and save up for to get 'nods'

@star2000shadow: Oh my goodness. You are too kind. Thank you so much. There are so many people out in this world that would make me try to feel bad about my feelings towards my trauma by saying it's "not as bad" as yours and that "other people have it worse." And I freaking hate that...I already have depression and am hard enough on myself...I don't need other people making me feel guilty for my feelings. :/

well those people are wrong, sure there are people out there with it worse then you or me, but their not in our exact circumstances so for them to say that is bad. and their wrong.e veryones situation is different. and you should not feel bad about feeling well bad for the situation your in. 'pats' and im sorry you rhaving it so rough..

@star2000shadow: Dang...that sounds terrible...I can't even imagine how it could be worse...if I'm being honest though, I'm not doing so well at all. I'm still trying to recover from an experience that was traumatic for me from Wednesday. But after hearing your situation, I feel bad about still being traumatized about my experience. :/

Everyone's Experiences are different hun, don't be upset at still feeling Traumatized.

no not fun at all but neccesary, or so say them. so i got it done and now have to deal with theh ealing process 'shrugs' could be worse.
