You should try a Luke warm shower/bath, or even a cold compress!
It doesn’t always help with pressure sickness but I find it can help sometimes.

my roomies mom gave me an arctic air when my AC died, he went and picked it up, surprisingly it works better for me then the AC did which dried my lungs out and made me so cold my bad leg hurt. this one cools me down but i don't get sick going form my room tot he rest of theh ouse. which is nice.
