I'm giving all of my items away!

To get some items just fill out the form below and pick one number for each category. I've taken screenshots of my inventory beforehand, so the item numbers will be based on the positions of those items in the screenshots. Please only fill out the form on one account, and please check the list of chosen numbers below as well as the numbers chosen in any recent posts that I may not have gotten to yet. If all items from a category have been claimed then I'll remove that category from the form.
