Yay! What is everyone up to this evening?

I'm in between writing up information for a project I'm working on and then doing data entry for my "job job" but it's really just a work from home thing. So i'm bouncing between the two and looking around some sites in the meantime.

It's weird because my main Insta has never been hacked. But I signed up using my main email and I may have used a password that's been associated with it before. Likely it's going around in one of those lists. Literally within a day, I got an email about it.

I try to two-factor authenticate anything if I can.

Hello everyone! I haven't really made many connections here yet as a wee newb, so I figured i would pop into a hangout or two? If that's okay!
The orb items look pretty cool! I might pick some up at some point~

All the fall treats. Getting to wear hoodies again (I love my shorts and tank tops but I'm feeling the chubs and I'd rather hide in my giant hoodies). Not sweating to death or dying of heat in lolita.

The worst part is summer ending because I love summer so much. ;A;

I sighed up for an instragram to use for my art. I hadn't even posted anything in it yet and someone apparently had logged in and tried to change information. I managed to get it back and put better account protection on it and changed the password.

What a pain. :( I hope you can get it back!

I'd like the ability to time travel. To be able to go back in time and change things or influencing things. But then it would have to influence this universe and not like, another universe. So that I could come back to my own time and things are a bit different. :p

Designing a website. You fix one thing and another thing breaks. You just want to throw things.

@hazer I think it comes from playing on these sites so much. XD You kind of develop an eye for how to blend colors. But I don't have that much earned up yet! I might do some art later and see if I can get more items. :3 But I really like where it's going right now!

oh man I probably have screenies from Towns when the usual hangout I was in had someone that scripted one of the UFOs. I miss silly things like that on Gaia, even when they just had the events. It made the place really fun and interactive.

I used to use Rin or Rinoa (ff8) as my screen name online. But when I registered on Gaia, both were taken. At the time, teh was an iconic way of mispelling "the" and so, tehrin was born. It just kinda stuck. Eons later, I still use it. Though a lot of times I also use Tehrinny. But tehrin doesn't really sound like teh and rin anymore and it just sorta flows together. So I roll with it.

@milkdaddy: Maybe! I post every once in awhile but I'm mostly in LD and occasionally pop in the art forums. I used to frequent towns a lot back in the day but it's not like it used to be. :/

@anarchist beauty: Celania closed a long time ago. n_n probably why you didn't hear of it. But they did have a list there for a long time.
I've made a lot of friends online through these sites too, and some IRL as well.

One thing that I like about them is that they're a slice of the way things were. Social media really kind of pushes selfies and oversharing, and everyone you know IRL is on them. But on places like these, you're free to be yourself and express yourself without the same level of judgement.
