Ozzy only cares about the neighbours on one side, the cat of the other side and the neighbour with a couch in his garden

Woezel checks in when I lay down in bed and turn the light off. Then I turn the light on, tell her to go to her bed and we all go to sleep.
Except Ozzy. He sits near the window, watching the neighbours until they go to bed.

A few dogs here run away from Woezel.
Poop puppers, but hopefully they will find a better home now.
