@Dipper: a spoiler is fine. You can even just do the story in the spoiler, as long as the rest in less than 300px.

Yeah that hurts. Do try to keep rest, otherwise you'll get an infection in it and that hurts so much more.

From someone who has been there (okay, it was a big, heavy tile in my case), you should go see a doctor. Being in pain for a week is not good and there can be a number of things wrong with it.
