There is basically 1 medical supply store for these beds in the country

Last year, I had to make an appointment for them to pick it up, but then they just took everything in one go

The new bed of my mother came with a mattress, but it wasn't good for my mother. So I ordered a new one, one she also had last year, and they just delivered that. So my mother had to go out of bed, into the wheelchair, mattress 1 cleaned and off and mattress 2 on.
Oh and they didn't want to take the first mattress back...
