I come from some weird families

Yes but not by 40 years

@AelloTyphoeus: you'll need an umbrella all year long

My grandfather's side all the men died between their 55th and 70th year. The women just kept going.

So did the men on my mother's side of the family. My grandfather looked forward to his retirement, but he died within a year when he got it.

My grandmother was 85 when she died and her mother was 86. Her mother was around 90 when she died.

@AelloTyphoeus: The Netherlands. We get our weather from the UK, since we're pretty close to them.

Her mother was the same. She had strokes every 3 weeks for almost a year, survived without any damage. Then, she had a big one and they said she would pass away within the next 2 days. A week later, she was still alive. In a coma, but alive.

Medical miracle... Second time. When she was 36, one of the major arteries in her brain burst. No one who had that happen to them, survived it. She was home again after being in the hospital for 3 weeks.

I'm just already happy she's still here. Last year, when she was diagnosed, they gave until the end of the week max.

@AelloTyphoeus: it's the kind of weather we have the most
Posted in The sanctuary Posted 7 years ago
At least it's something
Posted in The sanctuary Posted 7 years ago
We will have it soon enough

Sorta... The hospital has better beds nowadays and you can rent/loan the old ones
