@Ixora: I stood outside in a t-shirt when it was -30 in Lithuania, with snow up to my knees. Yeah, 23 is warm. XD

Here, if you volunteer and live to far to drive back, you still need to pay for your own hotel room. Travelling costs are also on you.

@Ixora: mine is somewhere between 20 and 23 during the summer. Warm, but not so warm that you sweat your ass off.
