@Ixora: I am in the gym between 1-1,5h each time. I try and go twice a week. But I go with my mom so it depends when she can.

@Kozi: I am sure you can get those.

@Ixora: I start with cardio, then weight lifting, then some back exercise and I end with cardio again.

@Ixora: Depending on what I do at the gym it sometimes cannot get heavy enough.
