I do not want to get into a debt. It also makes the changes of buying a home zero. Plus I have been in school long enough. Do not want to do another 4 years.

I have experience but only for a certain type of job. And that type of job is bad for my back :(

I am not even allowed to rent a home that's more then around $720 without a job.

Well in our coutry renting is really expensive when you are a student.

That sucks. In my country if you rent a home they need to fix those things or lower the rent.
