@sunny: I took those for a week. After that I could move my neck just fine again. And it really sucks you cannot take all medicine.

@sunny: A that sucks. I had to take 2 paracetamol 4 times a day, codeine & naproxen. I have never taken so much medicine in my life.

@sunny: Even tho your neck hurts you need to try and move it every now and then. You may also wanne try a stronger painkiller.

Last year my nack hurt so bad I couldn't move it at all. Went to the doctors and they gave me special medicine.
