@RainbowPanda: Also the oil needs to be 100% Argan Oil and not 15% or 20%.

@RainbowPanda: It really depends. You have the real expensive stuff and the cheaper stuff. My bottle of argan oil was around $20.

@RainbowPanda: You can start by using a good base coat. And you could use argan oil to treat your nails.

My doctor told me to train my back at the gym if possible. But I've already been doing that for over a year so. And maybe I should see a physical therapist.

So my left arm hurts since Friday. At times I have trouble moving it. Googled it and the symptoms tell me my shoulder is overburdened (correct word?). It can take 2-6 weeks to heal.
Seriously first my lower back, then upper back and now my arm :vanora_sick:
