Hmm windows log tells me he defragmented my D: and G: drive. G is my external drive. He also did it on Windows RE tools. I have windows 7. But those are not my C drive so.

Like I kept having trouble with keeping my C drive out of the red. He would tell me I would have less then 11GB space each time. Then someone posted a trick for the sims 4 mods folder so I ended up with 14GB free space. Me was happy. Today suddenly he tells me there is 36GB free space. Like?????????????? I didn't delete anything

I do not know of any us website that sells it.

@Unicorn: I wish. That polish (Layer Cake) is a shimmer polish. So the outcome depends on which base you use. Some more examples:
