@eleven: The reviews on trustpilot are also negative. I always wonder what those people do to have their orders messed up.

Wow I am on the facebook of claires and it is raining complains from people saying "Never order from them!", "They take your money and keep the items" etc etc. Well I have ordered twice before from them and my packages arrived just fine. And my last order has also been shipped.
