Figured I'd make a thread to posts any wips and doodles I do x) since I forget what I sketch so a lot of things don't get done nor do they see the light LMAO

I'm excited to color your art <3 stars!! And my birthday was pretty good! I celebrated on Saturday instead and had a small karaoke party hahaha!

@Lina: Haha! Just never left. My manager and I are the oldest in that store (excluded the bosses/owners), and many of them call us old...lol. Many of them are 3-5 years younger only, but that's a whole school level difference! They teach such different things, it's wild. One of our workers read "1.5tsp" as one indivual 1/2 tsp..smh.

@Amber Lynne: Yeah, I was going to explain to them what the issue with the corporate structure and processes, but they for sure can't keep me now anyways. They don't offer any benefits, no pto, etc. Off days are very rare, I have to work holiays and stuff : ( I definitely want them to do better for the next person, They're growing so I gave them a lot of slack but I personally can't deal with it anymore TT lmao, I'm lucky I live with my parents on a pay like this.

@Lina: For sure!! I love my coworkers <3 They're so cute lol. most of them are highschoolers or early college students, so they make me feel old sometimes LMAO but it's okay. some of the bosses treat them so bad :( I feel sorry for them because the generational gap sucks. Bosses are 30s-60s while they're just 18/19 u _ u

@Lithinel: I'm trying to go through everyone, though so far I've only made it through two people LMAO but I'm working on it!! I want everyone to get something because it's good exercise for me ^^ everyone has such unique subjects!!

@Lina: I tell myself I'm not stressed, but my physical health says otherwise TT!! My skin is at it's worse and my weight is at it's highest ; ;
Even as much of a good relationship I have with my coworkers, I don't think I can stay for the sake of my health. It's just not the environment for me. TT so sad

@Amber Lynne: HR isn't a thing since the company isn't really..established? It's a growing business so they are lacking a lot of things. I've thought about talking it out with them, but from the beginning, it wasn't that good...who pays $9/hr to a "marketing associate"...even internships in the field are $10-11/hr. I'm tired of them taking advantage of me TT like if I was a college student, it'd be a different story, because it's good experience on my resume, but I've already graduated...LOL Once I'm gone, they're gonna have a HARD time finding a replacement because I did 3 jobs in one for a low pay lol.

@Amber Lynne: I should be okay, I plan on having my last day in March, and if need be, in June. June would be the 1 year mark since I started working under the corporate side : (

long rant sorry:
My plan right now is to volunteer in the library in Feb and hopefully get a job there for the meantime! Right now it's difficult to go because I'm so busy that all my life stuff is pushed to the weekend instead u _ u I'm supposed to get off work at 6pm but they keep me until 8pm at times, and a lot of the places I need to go to close at 7/8pm...or 9pm. lol then when I say I don't have time, they're like "but you get off work at 6?" and i'm here like?? no you guys keep me until 8pm >: (???? legit everytime I'm leaving at 6, already packed, they stop me like "oh I need to talk to you!!" but then get interrupted part way through and I have to wait for them like ??/ and then I get home at 9pm and there's basically no time to anything bc I have to cook my dinner then go to sleep after cleaning a bit o(-< if they stuck to their schedule, I wouldn't be leaving the job tbh bc it's not that hard. But they can't keep their word so I'm tired of it lol. Like they aren't clocking in the hours I'm staying after for either?? so I started to skip out on work in the morning instead, which feels like I'm being too nice for lol., because I could just force them to pay me overtime(as they should >: () but it's also not worth it bc of the taxes

@Hachi: im soo late!! omg it's been so busy...I feel like I get busier and busier at work? LMAO
I keep a water jug in my room that I refill every 2 days or so : ) I also ALWAYS carry a water flask!! I used to carry a 60(?)oz but bc I carry a smaller bag for work, I downsized to 20oz and refill it very often at work lol
Normally I drink most of my water while eating, so if I don't eat often, i may not intake enough water that day though I usually do...(I chug 2-3 glasses before bed sometimes because i feel so dehydrated from the day LOL)

@Amber Lynne: I'm breaking the news that I'm leaving my job to my boss after the new years/my birthday LOL! feels so bad because she bought me a birthday gift TT but the work just ain't it.

i'm praying (and working on time management) so that I can start drawing again in february ^^!! I have a lot of projects up until mid feb, but after I should be able to handle things better.
