Hi everyone,
Just a friendly reminder that Voltra Staff and I will be hosting a discussion on discord @ 6 PM Voltra Time.

Thanks for all the support! I'm 3 days in and feeling great. This morning I was so pleased with my breakfast, it was delicious! I actually felt really proud of my cooking, I'm definitely no chef. lol

@Kozi: You can definitely link to it here! :)

@Millet: I read there are like 7 common side effects. The quick remedy for most is just a glass of water with a table spoon of salt. That's because you can become really dehydrated as going into ketosis makes you urinate more often. I'll definitely be cautious!

Ingredients
1¾ lbs cauliflower
1 lb broccoli, frozen or fresh
7 oz. cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups shredded cheese
2 oz. butter
2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. Cut broccoli into florets and place in a pot. Add water until covered and bring to a boil. Cook until the broccoli is fork tender.

3.When done, strain and discard the water. Add cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

4.Puree with an immersion blender until smooth.

5.Grease a 9" baking dish with butter and place what's left on the bottom of the dish.

5.Cut the cauliflower into small florets and add to the baking dish.

6.Pour the broccoli cream sauce over the florets and top with shredded cheese.

7.Bake in oven for 40 minutes or until the cauliflower is fork tender and the top is golden brown.

@Luffer Nutter: AHAHAAH So I've heard! :3 I've taken about 20 cycling classes now. They're very enjoyable!

@Ixora: Yep, about 10-15 min prep time, 40 mins in the over, and it's ready!

@Luffer Nutter: I think I'll be documenting all the recipes I pull off. In no way am I a cook, already melted my finger off with boiling water. xD
I'd be happy anywhere between 200-220 lbs. I'm currently 234 lbs and 6'1'. ^^

So for the past 4 years I've been working on myself physically.

I found that I do enjoy exercise and tried different types of workouts.
Starting with running I slowly moved into weights. Then I started working at a fitness center that opened my eyes to the wonders of workout classes. It was definitely motivational to workout with a group of individuals. Recently I've been into cycling as I've moved and my buildings new gym has a a fancy bike that you can join live classes going on in NYC!

Okay, blah blah, after all of that, I find myself 60+ lbs shed after I hit 300lbs my freshman year of college and FREAKED OUT!

I'm starting a new journey, the Keto Diet! Long story short, it's a low-carb diet. I'm super excited for this journey and just finished grocery shopping.

Tonight's dinner is going to be Keto Cauliflower Cheese Casserole!
It's currently in the oven, I shall share my masterpiece when it's done? ^_^
