my go-to is always two paper towels

one soaked in hot water, and one completely dry
because yeah
trying to remove anything WET would be a nightmare

@GoblinsAndTea: when anything is stuck, my first thought is use heat
try holding a rag soaked in hot hot water around it for a few seconds, then immediately drying it and trying to open it

i bought a few tickets today...

luckily i'm almost always with someone, even though it is embarrassing to hold onto their arm while i walk to somewhere i can sit down
